Refund and Exchange Policy

You have 14 days to return a product for exchange or refund.  Any product must have the original labels attached for a successful return.  Any items that are damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted and could be sent back to you.  

Any customer wishing to return an item is responsible for paying their own postage costs.  We recommend returning your item via recorded service as we cant be held responsible for any items that do not reach us. 

We cannot accept returns on sale items.  Exchange only.   

If you are returning an item, could you please contact us first giving the reason you're returning it.
